TAFGallery featuring Rick Doble
WOMAN IN MOTION
Note: While these pictures were made using a computer, theyare deliberately
low-resolution images. Although I have been an exhibitingphotographer for 25 years, have worked
with computers for almost 15 years,and have been creating original digital art for over 10 years,
these imageswere also affected by modern painting. This online exhibit is a selectionof 10 pictures
from the 60 that I have created. Please see the Artist'sStatement for
a fuller explanation.

At the still point of the turning world.
Neither flesh nor fleshless;
Neither from nor towards;
at the still point, there the dance is,
But neither arrest nor movement.
And do no call it fixity,
Where past and future are gathered.
Neither movement from nor towards,
Neither ascent nor decline.
Except for the point,
the still point,
There would be no dance,
and there is only the dance.
T.S. Eliot, The Four Quartets
